mods to different melee weapons

With this latest patch, the changes to the different melee mods need to be readdressed.
First of all 2h went from being uber to basically junk. The cleaving weapons reduction in melee mods to 18 max gimps it. 2h really needs the melee mod to help stay alive. The decision to change it from 20/20 to 22/18 seems like it was basically just added to gimp cleaving weapons. They can't overcome the melee mod with dual wield or shield like the other melee weapons. Imo 2h has been reduced to a skill for farming mid level mobs. This really should be changed back.
Spear and staff (and to a lesser extent axe and mace)are also *basically* useless now. The only way i could see someone using any of them is if they play almost exclusively dual wield while wielding one of each.
Furthermore, why are 430 wields dropping with mods as low as 13? 15 is pretty meh now, but <15 is totally unusable for the high level content.
Imo the mods on 430 wields should be increased 3-5%

Im not digging this whole "grind out a new set of armor and weapons so you can be less effective than you were 2 months ago" sheet.
