I planned to post about this the other day but it slipped my mind. Someone made a post about it on Post Count today and it made me rethink this. I will do a damage log if you would like one buts very obvious.
As a mage, I must vuln a target to attack. Using a hollow they require no vulns and can jsut begin on me.
This is less of a problem is the fight is planned, but if the fight begins because they start attacking first I (the mage) are at a HUGE disadvantage.
By the time they get the first hit and i get into attack mode and prepare to vuln, I am risking dying. There is a SLIM CHANCE i get the vuln off and a heal before dying. If i do get the heal off I do not have time to heal again or regain my stamina if I do not want to die. I do understand that I can shield but this is a 1v1 fight and I really should not have to do this.
I am not for nerfing hollows because they have been around forever but why cant be they be on par with all the other hollow weapons?
