I have played a melee and a war mage in my 11 years in dereth but I have yet to experience life as an archer. It seems now is a good time to do so since missile was rebalanced and apparently, for the time being at least, archers are the Killy McKillbots of high end AC.
What are some pros and cons versus other classes? What other skills does archery synergize with nicely?
It seems like constantly having to fletch and restock would be a chore more than anything else, but again, i have never played so I don't know.
