1. The lag on Darktide is still gamebreakingly bad. Literally for 3 months now every single weekend has suffered non-stop packet loss and ping issues.
2. People are still missing characters.
3. Turbine billing is broken. I paid for my buddies account for one month a long time ago(asked Turbine if that was ok before I did it, and they said yes) and now when I went to update the billing information on my account, it updated his billing information to mine. If he then changes it back to his billing information it changes my two accounts to HIS billing information, even though he has never paid for mine. All I got from the phone support was a confused phone rep who said he'd e-mail me when its fixed. It's been over a month. My other friend made a new account and if he wants to log in the game, he has to log into his billing every single time he wants to log his account into the game, otherwise it just says authentication failed.
4. Item loss is still happening. This is an MMO, item persistence is a big deal, this should not happen under any circumstance. Turbine should also be replacing the lost items, not saying tough luck.
5. Forum issues, 403 errors etc, makes it hard to even communicate your grievances on these forums.
It has been a long time since I've had to deal with so many major issues with one your games. These issues are really hurting ones desire to even play, especially the lag issues. I am not alone in this, just read general on the weekends, everyone is complaining about the lag and other issues.
