Really need some help

I could really use some help. When I first bought this game *ac1* I was able to download, install and actually play
the game without any problem what so ever. I was able to play for a few hour but then life called and I had to go
to work. After work I was unable to actually play the game. I am able to get all the way to choosing which
character I want to play and when I try and enter the world all I get is a black screen, moments later I get
disconnected from the server. I went through all my antivirus and firewall settings and everything is how it should
be, I even had my IT guy come to the house and make sure my router settings were just like turbine wants them.
I am still having this problem and its been 3 days. I submitted a ticket but having to wait 2 - 3 days is
completely insane. If this problem cannot be fixed within the next day I will be requesting a full refund for the
game and subscription. I will not pay for a game that I cannot play. Thanks in advance for any help that can be
