It took 2 months, but they did get me fixed on 4/10/2013. Tarn and his group is back up and running. I know it was a needed software update to bring AC1 up to the current standards, and I'm glad the failures only affected a portion of the long time players. Hopefully this kind of failure will never happen again. As I said in my 47days and counting post, after 13 years and friends all over the world, I just couldn't walk away. I'm really glad its over! :):)
