Red ring is pretty standard for anyone above level 180. The problem is getting one these days is nearly impossible. I see people paying 2k+ mmds trying to get one for weeks with no luck. Most people got rid of their Encrusted Bloodstone Jewel long ago and can no longer get another. Also, between bonuses and legendary endurance, the red ring is uselss except for essence glutton. Furthermore, all the new spells and the bonuses on armor, it can be difficult to fit all the spells needed into your suit.
