It has been over four months of every single weekend having game-breaking lag and we still haven't had anything done.
This should be your top priority, because this truly is ridiculous to have this going on for over four months. People are unsubbing because of this, a few guildies of mine won't be playing until you fix the servers and I know they aren't alone, just go listen to general on the weekend.
