I have 2 pieces of armor that have 409 as the acrane lore activation req's. Both my focus and arcane are maxed out innate focus is 100 and arcane is spec'd making the base skill 333, buffed with lvl 8 spells its +65 398. With a focus stone equipped its 406. I use a 5 wise and 4 hearty armor set ....
if I equip all my armor with the exception of the 2 pieces requiring 409 to activate my buffed acrane is now 409.... now when I equip these 2 pieces they both say that my arcane skill is to low to activate them ....
if I get a "brill" from some one with a focus stone or use a major or epic piece or jewelry or clothing they activate so its not that I cant activate them.
Is this by design that set armor pieces do not add towards the actual buffed total even though it shows in the UI as being at the required skill level? or does am item requiring 409 to activate in realty need to be 410 (above 409) to activate?
