Atlan Weapons Quest Question

Hi,

I did the Atlans quest a month or so ago, but never learned the recipe and made the weapon. Since then I'm not the same spec I was as before, and was wondering if it was possible to re-imprint a weapon to a different emblem thingy, or if I had to do the entire quest over again?
