Can not log in.

Hello. i can not login to the game i can open the client to enter my login information i have payd aswell.
when i enterd my information and press sign in, i get 2 kinds of messages and thats the normal Authentication failed, please try again. and i get unhandled login error message.
i have tryd to search for em on this forum and all other places but i cant get the soulotion to get it working i have allowd the clintes on my firewall i have no router just an old hub, that works fine, i have an solid connaction,

i play on an windows vista compter up to date, every driver is updated with the lasted updates. and still wont let me go further then the login page, then i get the error messages,

i dont know if this has to do with anything i live in sweden, playd the game for about 4 years, and then took a brake, went back for about 1 year, and then took a realy long break once more, now i whant to comeback and play.


sorry for my bad english, hope you will understand my writing anyway, and able to help me with my problems, i have even sent 2 mails. to the support havent goten any messages back yet, been about 6 mouths and the latest 1 week,
plz help :)
