One other person and myself hunted the dungeon making our way down for almost 40 minutes and didn't find a single Pulsating item (Essence?).
Last time I recall getting them for our whole part in that amount of time.
Unfortunately my quest was ended because I got one shot by a mob through AL 1000 armor. Stupid blood mages =p
