3D Area can't be adjusted on several resolutions

I am able to fully adjust my 3D window in 800x600, 1024x768, and 1152x864

But If I use any resolution with 1280x (x600, x720, x768, x900) I am unable to grab the right side of the 3D window, even though the box fits on my screen.



Any others having this issue?
