Swarthy Robe options?

Yi Yo-Jin doesn't know what to do with that.
Gillian the Poacher doesn't know what to do with that.
You cannot use the Tailoring Kit on Swarthy Mattekar Robe.

Am I missing something or is there no way to reduce and tailor the Swarthy? If not, can this extremely small request be added sometime soon?
