I was just thinking the other day how saving is discouraged in AC and it made me :( For example, legendary keys having timers on them, Hoshino's Fortress keys having timers on them, etc. What is the reasoning behind this?
For example, take the Hoshino's Fortress keys as an example...why exactly can't players save those up? Did it ever occur to you guys that you still have to do the work to kill the critters and assemble them? It might make a little more sense to be able to save them up given the mechanics of the return portals on those quests...
And legendary keys...you block a major part of the economy by having those be timed. I haven't really heard a decent explanation for this.
I think the game would be better if patience and strategy were rewarded rather than discouraged. The game is just too predictable these days...the incentive has been wiped out to do anything other than farm. How about some mechanics that require some thought?
