What did/would you choose?

Red Colo Ring - Epic and & Essence Glutton in 1 ring slot

or

Encrusted Bloodstone Jewel + Legendary End using both Neck & 1 random slot

Is 5 points of health worth an extra slot? I suppose it's based on your available armor choices. I just can't decide if I want to build a suit around 5 health or not.
