Where can one get a copy of the Decal Addin -- "MakeIt"

I am a returning player and used to use a decal plugin called "MakeIt"

This was wonderful for cooking and now I have an archer and want so ease in my Fletching.

I am unable to locate the plugin MakeIt for cooking and fletching

Does anyone know where I could get a copy.

Any direction or guidance would be greatly appreicated.
