Armor (no pure AL armor unless you have a flashy set to sell, Faction armor may be sold like any other armor: as a set or by piece)
Jewelry (aetheria must be lvl 4+)
Clothing (cloaks must be lvl 4+)
Weapons/Lvl 8 Scroll (Weapons must be all 420+, 355+, 360+ wield reqs, excluding no wield casters with cantrips. Scrolls must be complete spell scrolls)

When priced items should look like this on their inscription
A) 10 points - name
or
B) 10 MMDs - name

***MMDs are 1 Point and Legendary Keys are 20 Points per pull***
*Points inscription means you will accept MMDs, Pristine Mana Shards, Mana Keys or any mix thereof as payment for the item. IMPORTANT - for this pricing Legendary Keys have a value of 20 MMDs per pull available in the key/keyring
*MMD inscription means only MMDs accepted
*Keys means only Legendary Keys are accepted

A1) Items must be given to me at least 19 hrs in advance! For uninscribable items or already inscribed items, a parchment must be given along with the items listing the name, cost, payment style accepted (1 or the 3 types).
*UPDATE* A2) You are limited to 6 items per person to sell! This clearly does not include parchment for uninscribable items.
B) If you are not present at the auction do not fear! I keep a running record of all items sold, their owner, and the final bid for every item in which the owner is not there to collect! I will hold on to your MMDs until such time as I see you
*NEW* C) There is now a 5% commission on the total earnings of sellers only when earnings exceed 100 mmds. If you have any questions as to why this was added, feel free to ask me!
D) You may only receive your MMDs on the same toon I received the inscribed item(s)/parchment from. This is to prevent fraudulent payment seekers.
E) I will squelch you if you are being a nuisance, and your bids will not be noted. Please be courteous to everyone involved!

Once bidding has concluded on an item you have **2 MINUTES** to have the payment on you for the item. I will be recording winner, price, and time for all items sold in order to make sure this is controlled. If you fail to have it within the given time FOR ANY REASON the item passes to next highest bidder.
