We have gone through the Day of Devs Time suggestions!
Why wasnt my suggestion chosen?
A majority of the suggestions that were not chosen fell into one of two groups. The first group included suggestions that would take much longer than a day, or even a few days. For example, a weapon tailoring system is a large undertaking requiring extreme amounts of testing. Such things are well beyond the scope of Day of Devs Time. The second group included suggestions that would compromise the loot system. We have no plans to change the game in such a way as to marginalize the randomized loot system by implementing tech to craft or combine items, creating superior pieces of loot.
Suggestions we are looking into:
~ Add Summoning Mastery and Minor to the Explorer armor set.
~ Housing Guest list increased to 64 guests.
~ Improve Black Markets.
~ Reorganize the augmentation panel.
Suggestions that intrigued us, but would take much longer than a day, that we could possibly look into sometime in the future.
~ Add jewelry sets.
An interesting idea and something we can look into for the future.
~ Powerful random spawns with lots of luminance and loot.
We have used this technique before (in the Graveyard for example) and it is a design we like to put into the game.
~ A way to do protected duels for money.
A difficult thing to implement but we have some ideas that might make a system of duels for rewards possible.
Suggestions we had other comments on:
~ Aetheria that grants a surge of Stamina.
The dev team is concerned that this will dilute the Aetheria drops with a surge that will not be used by most players.
~ Make random portal devices non-random.
The whole point of the item is a randomized portal.
~ Upgrade jewelry tink to majors or even epics.
We have to wonder if the ability to tink majors (let alone only moderates) onto jewelry would really be used by many players.
