Can't patch launcher

every time i sign in on the launcher it says the "the launcher has been patched and it needs to be restarted" I click okay and then it says "could not patch file, make sure file is writable:acclient.exe"


i went to my turbine folder and right clicked to have it run as an adminstrator.. then i made it so my the file can be written to while logged in under my user name on my computer but it still does the same thing.

can anyone help m e
