PvP melee questions

I'm trying to think up a melee build for end game pvp. I've got two roughly planned out but since I'm newly returned I wanna run it by the more knowledgeable denizens of the forums.

First would be
HW/Dirty Fighting/Melee D/Shield/Void Spec

Item/creature/life/mana c trained

second one is
2hand/Dirty Fighting/Melee d/Void Spec

item/creature/life/mana c trained

Firstly I hate that neither has healing trained, it feels wrong to me. I've read that meats/beers can be used in place though but I'm not sure if that's more pvp or pve. Secondly these are thrown together from year+ old google searches from here and postcount. Is Void/melee still good? In pve? PvP? Lastly I've heard that spec melee defense isn't for the ability to evade attacks but rather for a 15 point DR. Would it make more sense to train it and get healing/other new skills?

Oh, what would starting stats ideally look like endgame? I know you can aug 60 points into a stat but Not sure if you'd start similiar to the old OG UA template of 100/10/10/10/100/100 then aug End or would you Aug Coord? Less focus while putting points into Coord and augmenting focus?
