I have gone over 2 months on two different main charaters of mine who are usually online playing 15 hours out of the day every day and havent gotten a single rare weapon orb or even a rare gem in over 2 months. just the other day i was leveling a noob mage of mine and he got a rare withing the first 3 kills but he is only level 70,
Is there a level cap to rare flagging or is it possible that my account is bugged on my main characters who are 275 and 240?
