Alinco 3 buffs 2.0.0.0 sort of works

I have Decal 2.9.7.5 and loaded Alinco3Buffs. Alinco3Buffs come up, but I cant load any skills, buffs, weapons, or magic spells. I can fill in some blanks but nothing of my info will load and show up.
Ive reloaded the program a few times. Its always the same. nothing happens.

What am I missing ?
