XP for 150+ Aerbax's Prodigal Monouga?

According to acpedia.org, the 150+ version should give 40% up to level 256. Anyone know if this is true? I ran it the other day around level 203 and only got somewhere around 145 million xp or about 15% of my level. Anyone know if the xp reward was changed sometime?
