How many people are doing some sort of retro/old school/no buff bots/hardcore rules?

I've seen various posts about people doing things such as not using buff bots or the Town Network, etc. to make the game more challenging and fun.

I was wondering what level everyone is that's doing this, what server they are on, and how many people are in your group playing by your special rules. I've been thinking of starting over on one of the less populated servers for kicks.

I'm on Harvestgain, I'm level 17 and my friend that plays with me is level 13.
