I know from the title most of you are thinking this is a job for the support team. Well I've sent them 2 tickets so far and waiting over 2 weeks to get nothing back. I'm starting to doubt the support team looks at AC2 tickets, so I'm here hoping a mod or even player could recommend something.
This is what has been happening everytime I try to reinstate either of my 2 accounts...

I don't have a credit card so paypal is my only option. I've had to reinstate my account a few times over the months. In those instances when I got to the paypal screen it give me the option to reinstate with previous paypal on record. Now trying to add a new paypal account just results in the above error.
Has anyone else reinstated an account recently and got this problem? Anyone got any ideas?

Tried in Chrome, IE and Firefox
Tried on BT and Virgin Media internet providers.
