Was it really affecting gameplay negatively to have shields work when you're not in attack mode? If the change was made for PK related reasons, then why not have it only affect red vs. red transactions?
That on top of not losing melee d bonus by being able to stay in attack mode while healing is basically just encouraging us to constantly stay in attack mode. Why force us into this? It seems like once again macroers are being catered to with negative unintended consequences for legitimate players...
We need to get more scalpels and less cleavers in the devs hands.
