Bought a new account and can't log in because user name is too short?

I purchased a new account, used the key I was given, had logged into my account services earlier and now I can't log in, can't change password because my user name is too short and unable to log into game?

Guess I will need to wait a day to call and ask for a refund since unable to get resolved tonight?
