If they could merge servers, but you had to give up your Housing, would you?

IMO one of the main things that stops a server merge (other than the work) would be players and their housing. If they could merge character info and drop housing / server specific statues etc, would you be for a combined white server?

I for one would, with them restarting the housing market entirely so that active people could grab places that they may or may not be able to currently.
