Housing Strangeness

I’d like a response from a turbine representative.

I have 2 cottages on 2 accounts, I bought the second cottage such that the maintenance schedule of the second was in sync with the first. So, rent was due on the same day (within a few hours) for both accounts

I login March 12, 3 days before I lose the cottages. Everything goes fine on the first account. But I have already lost the second cottage, and everything inside, all of which I would like returned.

This makes no sense, the cottages were in sync in terms of payment dates. The cottage on the second account should not have dropped. User error? I don’t think so. After I make payment I check the housing tab to make sure all is well.

Actually, I want the cottage on the second account returned with all the items inside intact.

I submitted a ticket, but was told to post on the forums. I had already made a post on the general forums, but maybe that’s not the place. So I’m making a new post here even though I would have thought something like this would have been handled in private by the support team.

I would think turbine would have records and could tell me what actually happened and why. I would like to know that as well. Please stop playing the bureaucratic shell game and tell me what happened.
