Bows and Prismatic Arrows

Let me start by saying I havent played in like 12 years so there is alot of content I haven't seen. My question is what bows should be looking to get to use prismatic arrows effectively? Are elemental bows loot only? Should I be using the Atlan Bow with stones? Im level 73 right now! Any other ows I should be trying to get. I have an old composite bow with handle but its only 110% as opposed to the 135% for the current composite bows with handles. Guess I need to remake that!
