Are these two totems stack at the same time?

<Skill (Empyrean)
Exacting Force +7-2 Exacting Force skill, +3-18 damage : for breast plate

and

<Class (Empyrean)
Visions +1-10 Mentalist adept, +1-12 damage : for head



The icon of 'Vision' effect is disappear on left side upside of screen when i wear head which includes the effect of 'Exacting force' and only 'Exacting force' effect icon is appear.
Are these two totems stack at the same time or not?
