I do apologize if this has been answered before but I couldn't seem to find it. I've already submitted a ticket for help but haven't heard anything so far. I purchased the game to get the product key to activate my account and I had expected to get it after my purchase. I made a payment through PayPal and everything went through with no problems and received my receipt for it but I was never provided with a product key either on screen or in an email. Is their lag time to receive a product key from Turbine or am I experiencing a "1" off situation?
