I have spent the past three days looking for an emerald mines group. My guess is that various folks just get their allegiance together and do it - because it's not soloable.
By chance, are there any groups being planned tonight? Frustrating to see that my quest timer to fashion the armor is ticking away to nothing. Why there is even a timer since I have done the reqs to get the armor pattern - is beyond me.
On paper - it was probably assumed that there would be waves of folks doing this on a regular basis. The reality is that we don't have the population that was planned on paper. Hence, the quest should be given a longer timer instead of staying specific to the long ago assumptions of the past.
Just my 2 cents on top of asking if folks are needing to do this.
