Can't bind Movement Keys to

I am looking/tweaking the keybindings now and it's not letting me bind the movement keys to Forward/Side/Side and Backwards on the Arrow Keys.

Is there any plan to implement this? I know not a lot of people use these keys, I however use them and the Numpad for my abilities/moving and it's a major deal breaker if they can't be used.
