hello people, returning player here and so much has changed and there is so many things to do I am feeling pretty overwhelmed with it all.
brief history of my time in ac
played from 2001 to 2004 mainly on darktide. never really played the game spent most of my time in hunting packs for protection. spent alot of time in tusker dungeons. quit to go play wow and other games and came back briefly in 2010 with a new account and i got a character to level 59. this toon specialized in life and war magic and has creature and item along with mana conversion, basically a mage.
quit again in 2010 because I just felt overwhelmed with the game and not really knowing how to progress. gonna try it again this time and try out ac2 and I really want to stay this time. I love the game and always have. so i need a bit of help and advice.
ive been reading the wiki and a leveling guide-- should i just kind of do those quests for now until i get the hang of the game again.
mostly im just confused about how to get around the world, is there a good list of portals I can check out to keep as a reference. havent seen anything in the wiki but that is alot of pages and i havent been through them all yet.
also looking for a monarchy that dont mind helping out a noob on occasion. I dont want handouts or my hand held, i want to learn the game but just some friendly advice or people to run with would be nice.
