Only my Templar experiences this bug, however it does have implications for pvp. When my templar dies, and I click the release button, I find that I get booted from the game. Upon relogging, I find my character standing right where he died with lifestone protection. Yes I have vitae, however he does not get sent to the lifestone. So far it has been reproducable for the one character.
When does this occur? While being tripple logged.
Does this occur with other characters while being tripple logged? No
Does this occur with other characters on the same account? Not that I have seen.
What is my definition of tripple logging? Logging in three different accounts on one computer.
Relevant specs for the computer tripple logging (to make sure there are no resource conflicts) :
AMD FX-8350 CPU (eight core, 4 Ghz per core)
32 GB DDR3 (max ram for a 64 bit system)
AC2 currently is single core, and 32 bit. This means that the maximum memory usage would be 2.5 GB times 3 (for a maximum memory usage of 7.5GB and only using 3 of the eight cores).
With plenty of ram, and cpu still available to me, I don't think it is an issue with resources. After all, I do get the "You have been booted" message.
Personally, I do not have any issues with this. It's a rather nice bug. In a pvp situaton, it can lead to an unfair advantage though. I love tripple logging, I just don't want to be accused of exploiting. Each of my characters are controlled by myself, no automation either.
