By my (really bad) math I should be at 550 buffed War.
90 + 290 (Focus + Self) / 4 = 145
145 + 236 = 381
With the + 149 that should be 530. + 20 from adept = 550.
My current War buffed is 540.
Confirmed I am buffed with all spells and cantrips listed above. Also confirmed I'm wearing 5 piece Adept and have Master Warlock's going.
I just popped triple rares and put the entire suit on, so it's not that it hasn't been equipped since the patch.
