Did the hotfix change our DR?

Just wondering if others have seen a change in their DR since the hotfix. I was able to get a max DR of 30 before when I wore a certain trinket with +3 damage. Before the hotfix I looked and my DR was 28 (diff trinket on). Now when I look at my DR the most it shows is 19. I'm wondering if the fix for the monsters DR somehow affected ours?

If you remember what your DR was before the fix, can you check it now and post here if you have seen a drop in DR?
