I noticed this after last patch on March 4th 2013 (patch might not be relevant?):
When I logged in after patch one of my armor pieces was gone from main pack (of course a 10-tinkered epic). I first thought I made a stupid mistake last time I was loged in, and had dropped this retained piece on the ground somehow. Odd, since this is really not like me ...
BUT, a little later something else happend: I had pile of 250 MMDs in "side" bagpack, of which I splitted 50 notes and dragged them to the main pack. But the 50 notes never got there! I checked and checked again. I relogged character, I restarted AC. Nothing helped, the 50 MMDs where gone! THIS IS POSSITIVE! The side pack has now only 200 MMDs, and nor the main pack, or any other my 8 bagpacks have the missing 50 notes. Of course I looked on the ground also! So Turbine you owe me 50 notes ....
The above was a bit worrying, but I thought "ok, maybe I can let the game bug ones ...". THEN today when I logged the character at one point (had logged him a couple of time today earlier without issues), I had six (6) items in the main pack that where DOUBLES of other items in the main pack! THIS IS ALSO POSSITIVE, since the doubles where placed as 6 first items in the main pack, and some of them where quest items. I also checked that the "original" items where there in the main pack - placed where they should be among other items. I had two of every of these 6 items. In this case the doubles where gone after I relogged the character, but still ... VERY WORRYING, since this never happend to me before!
... so now I am a bit frighten to play, and that any item might disapear at any time.
Fact that might have to do with the issue: 1) I have augmented the extra bagpack slot, so I carry main pack + 8 side packs. 2) No issues before patch March 4th 2013.
Turbine, you should maybe investigate this?? Do I dare to play the game?
