Unable to play,characters still gone.

I have been unable to play since everything was updated. (well prior to this update) I followed guidelines in a post I can no longer find and contacted customer support. My characters are not showing up when I log in. All gone.

I have recontacted after this patch.

Honestly I'm pretty fed up now. I love this game, and whilst not wishing to put a downer on things, I shouldn't have to chase up Turbine to re-associate my account (or whatever needs doing) so my characters magically re-appear when I try to play.

Can someone please sort this out for me?

In fairness I am not a hardcore player, I log in quite infrequently at times. But when I log in, and the server's are up, I do expect to be able to play for my monthly subscription.
